Building

This site. It is both my notebook and the first thing I am putting out, so building it is itself a piece of building in public.

pi-feishu-im — several coding agents handing work to each other inside one Feishu group. The hard part is routing: turn on broadcast and the group becomes unreadable within minutes.

Thinking about

I keep writing agent skills without having settled the question underneath them: which calls are worth handing to a machine, and which ones I should keep. maximux is a step in the other direction — keep a human at the switchboard.

Writing

Mostly on Xiaohongshu, usually a teardown after a new model ships. It all syncs to the stream.
