I am MaxLi, a product manager.

I do not have ten years of experience. What I have is work in progress: agent tooling built from zero — an orchestration layer for Claude Code, multi-agent routing inside Feishu, a rule set that turns Chinese layout taste into something an agent can execute. Some of it runs. Some of it did not.

The reason all of it is on display — the numbers, the timeline, what I post elsewhere — is that I do not have a ten-year résumé to hand over. I have a record: when it started, how far it got, what broke. This site is that record.

What has my attention

Getting several agents to genuinely cooperate rather than work past each other. Writing down the parts of judgment that usually stay tacit. And how many threads one person can actually keep moving at once.
